Deutsche Bahn calls to LEF to ensure compatibility of Velaro-D traffic on this HSL
ALSTOM and its customer Deutsche Bahn expressed their need to provide the infrastructure manager of the Est-Européenne High Speed Line with evidence of the compatibity of the VELARO D train when it runs on this infrastructure. The test consisted in running the VELARO-D on the fully simulated Est-Européenne HSL. Thus, the customer identified the key parameters to be corrected before the on-line tests.
Thanks to this ETCS compatibility test carried out in the laboratory, the online tests could be secured and optimized.
